Cellular Regeneration to Gratitude (Beyond 7.4)
● Cellular Regeneration (Health)
● Happy Hormones (Contentment)
● Ketones (Clarity)
● Observation (Detachment)
● Awareness (Consciousness)
● Acknowledgment (Connectedness)
● Appreciation (Celebration)
● Gratitude (Silence)
(The above sequence and related experiences are part of my personal journey, not an absolute universal truth—I am aware of this.)
In a Q&A session…
During a Q&A session, someone asked,
"Madhavrao, is your work limited only to cells, blood, flesh, bones, and excretion?"
I (with a bit of fake humility) smiled and replied, "Yes!"
He continued,
"But when will you go beyond that? I mean love, compassion, kindness, peace, equality, universal brotherhood, freedom… and if possible, even the soul and the supreme soul?"
To that, I responded,
"There are many gurus, saints, mystics, and organizations to take people beyond that, right? Let them do their work. I do mine."
I gave this answer with complete confidence, but later, I realized—after achieving physical health, it is essential to go deeper for mental and social balance.
In search of that…
So, along with my personal diet planning program, I approached some internationally renowned institutions. Their work and philosophy were excellent, but I thought if diet was integrated with it, practitioners would benefit from both aspects. I made many efforts, but there was little progress.
Then the question arose—what exactly should be done?
I had no direct tool or technique.
Should I consider a specific pranayama as the central practice?
Should I focus on a particular mudra?
Should I adopt a meditation method and build my work around it?
Nothing came to mind.
My journey was somewhat fragmented—superficial chanting, inconsistent pranayama, broken and incomplete meditation… I neither had the right mindset nor the background for it.
Then I wondered… "What next?"
A Little Flashback…
Around 1992-93, I completed Reiki One, Reiki Two, and Reiki Three at the Reiki India Research Center and joined Reiki Master Training.
During the training, my Reiki trainer, Shamal Durve, assigned several homework exercises. Out of them, two turned out to be revolutionary in my life—
one was “Observe Yourself”, and the other was “Acknowledgement”.
After that, at every stage of self-work, I received countless homework assignments.
I was always the kind of person who thought, "What's in this?" and "What's in that?"
So, I didn’t take these homework tasks very seriously. I did them just for the sake of appearance, out of compulsion, or as a formality.
But two homework exercises—
Observe Yourself and Acknowledgment
—somehow, I have been practicing unknowingly for the last thirty years.
Turning Point
A few years ago, one of my students gave me Osho’s ‘Ashtavakra Gita’ discourse CD.
I had always liked Osho’s lectures, so I listened to that CD countless times.
Gradually, my Observe Yourself homework found a new dimension through Ashtavakra.
And that’s where the turning point in my life came.
An incredible confluence of three elements unfolded before me—
● 7.4 – Provided a solid foundation of cellular regeneration, happy hormones, and ketones.
● Homework – Built a system on top of this foundation.
● Osho – Gave thoughts and depth to this system.
This journey was no longer just about physical health but became an extraordinary experience of mental expansion and vastness.
Here, I realized one thing very clearly—
I had been doing the same homework since 1993. I had gained clarity,
but the explosive energy that was needed for practice was missing.
The transformation that happened due to the confluence of diet planning, observation, and clarity can be summed up in one word—
Unstoppable.
The intensity and seamlessness with which this practice started happening were astonishing, unimaginable, and incredible.
Most of the time, when we decide to pursue a spiritual practice, exercise, studies, or any resolution, we struggle with implementation.
Then, we start blaming ourselves—
"My willpower is weak, my fate is cursed, I won’t achieve anything in this lifetime…"
For years, I struggled with practicing my homework properly.
But with the support of cellular regeneration, happy hormones, and ketones,
I was able to effortlessly pick up my practice, just like lifting the Gandiva bow!
Of course, I realized this late.
But once it struck me, progress accelerated at an unbelievable speed.
And what happened next?
My traditional spiritual practices decreased,
but observation became more intense and profound.
The journey that began in 1993 finally bore fruit after 30 years, in December 2023…
And thus, “Beyond 7.4” was born!
The so-called “clarity and knowledge” required for transitioning from cellular regeneration to universal brotherhood was already with me due to prior study. However, without direct experience, it remained hollow.
Instead of gathering borrowed ideas from here and there and forcefully planning initiatives, I decided to integrate the 40 years of my study of nutrition and dietary planning, my 30 years of homework on observation and acknowledgment, and Osho’s Ashtavakra Gita. Only when this clarity and knowledge gained a solid foundation of real experience, did I decide to present my journey to my students.
The Core of Beyond 7.4
At its core, Beyond 7.4 envisions human interactions based on universal brotherhood, equality, and freedom. The objective is noble, but the real question is: How do we reach there? And how do I align it with my personal experiences?
By making observation the foundation of the transformational change in my life, I structured Beyond 7.4 as a new program.
I began conducting Beyond 7.4 workshops. Initially, I was apprehensive—
What if others don’t experience what I did?
What if they dismiss it as just a mental illusion?
However, when I witnessed the same transformation happening in my students, I realized that this program was not just based on my personal experience but was also replicable. That was a huge relief!
Taking Beyond 7.4 to the World
Now, my aim is to bring this program to people through the Arogyanubhuti Foundation.
This program includes:
✅ Lectures
✅ Homework assignments
✅ Discussions
It is designed to facilitate a radical shift in understanding, perception, and response—moving beyond cellular regeneration into direct experience. The program is conducted both online and offline.
Those interested in participating are welcome to reach out to me.
Now, let’s delve into:
🔹 The conceptual framework of this initiative
🔹 Key points we focus on
🔹 Our approach to presenting these ideas
The Vision of Beyond 7.4
The goal of Beyond 7.4 is to establish human interactions based on universal brotherhood, equality, and freedom.
When we talk about human interactions, it includes everything—individuals, families, society, states, nations, religions, castes, political parties, gender relations, siblings, friends, employer-employee relationships, and more.
Across all these dimensions, we frequently encounter stress, conflicts, envy, hatred, and exploitation, which disrupt the harmony of society.
However, from the Vedas and Upanishads to the Indian Constitution, every foundational document emphasizes brotherhood and unity. Laws today are designed to protect the oppressed and marginalized, and significant advancements are being made—bullet trains, lunar missions, a five-trillion-dollar economy—all signs of progress.
A Society Divided
Despite this, society remains divided along multiple ideological, cultural, and political lines—
👉 Left vs. Right
👉 Traditionalists vs. Progressives
👉 Theists vs. Atheists
👉 North vs. South
👉 Marathi vs. Non-Marathi
👉 Vegetarians vs. Non-Vegetarians
👉 Caste-based ideologies vs. Anti-caste movements
And in this fire of division, the common man suffers.
So, while our goal of creating a harmonious and just society is noble and grand, it fails to materialize in reality—and this is where the problem lies.
Over the years, many great intellectuals, authors, thinkers, and leaders have contributed their efforts to bring about change. Yet, fundamental transformation remains elusive.
Transformation at the Root
Setting up institutions, platforms, lectures, YouTube sessions, and debates to discuss controversial topics is undoubtedly important and necessary. However, I believe that true change must begin within the individual.
Rather than tackling one controversial issue at a time, I believe we should work on transforming the human being from within—just as in health, rather than fighting individual diseases, I focus on working on the person as a whole. Otherwise, it becomes a case of "applying ointment to the wrong wound."
The Key Question: How Do We Achieve This?
This is the most critical challenge we need to address.
The Eightfold Path of Universal Brotherhood (From Cellular Regeneration to Gratitude)
Against this backdrop, I have personally experienced that the Eightfold Path of Universal Brotherhood—which spans from Cellular Regeneration to Gratitude—can serve as a powerful, practical, and unifying approach to bridge all divisions and contradictions.
This method has the potential to integrate even opposing ideologies into a cohesive framework.
From my experience, once an individual reaches the state of Gratitude—or even begins walking the path toward it—then resolving any conflict, regardless of the subject, becomes much easier.
